While visiting Drew on Whidbey Island we took the ferry
across Puget Sound to Port
Townsend. This quaint
Victorian seaport is situated on the northeast tip of the Olympic
Peninsula guarding Admiralty Inlet, the entrance to Puget Sound. As
these photos show, we enjoyed glorious weather with views as far as
Glacier
Peak in the Cascades (75 miles east), Mt Baker (60 miles
northeast), and Mt Rainier (100
miles southeast).
